Contest Rules and Regulations

One draw* will be held annually. To qualify you must be 18 years of age or older and have received an invitation from your insurance broker to participate. We must receive your completed survey no later than August 31st. The chances of winning depend on the number of completed surveys received. The draw will be held no later than September 15th in the office of Navicom Inc., Markham, Ontario. Winners will be notified by telephone no later than October 15th at which time they will be required to complete a skill testing question. The iPod Shuffle is to be redeemed through your broker and is non-transferable. One entry per person - any duplicate entries will result in disqualification. This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. This contest is not open to a) persons who are employees, representatives or agents of your broker or Navicom Inc., their affiliated and associated companies and b) persons in the immediate family of or domiciled with the above. Navicom Inc. reserves the right to publish the name, and photograph of any winner. This is necessary for us to demonstrate that people do win. Winner information may be used in your Broker/Navicom advertising. The sponsors reserve the right to substitute any prize or portion of the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
